We spent a wonderful time at this place. The room was cosy and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect sanctuary in any weather condition. The staff, particularly at the reception and in the restaurant, were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, enhancing our overall experience. The location was ideal, being in the center but still just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The quality of the food during both breakfast and dinner was superb.

During our New Year vacation, we enjoyed the cozy and lovely interior design of our room, which was perfect for a romantic trip. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was located in the center, within a short 5-minute walk to the beach. the food quality and professionalism of the restaurant staff were impressive, and we had an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
We experienced a major setback on our last day as a heavy storm hit the island, and it was too dangerous to operate the ferry to the mainland. We were forced to stay one day extra and had to reserve an extra room at the normal rate without any reduction, which was disappointing.

The hotel location is convenient as it is on the beach and in the centre where everything is close. it is in front of a pub where the loud clients make it hard to sleep until late at night. Although the hotel is well soundproofed, it is hard to ignore the noise. On the upside, the hotel is a good shelter from all weather conditions. the staff is professional; breakfast and dinner are delicious, especially the superior quality of the food. the room is cosy, has comfortable facilities and pretty décor.
The reservation process for dinner is inflexible; one must reserve with plenty of notice.

The room was cosy and lovely. The food quality was superb. The staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel's location was ideal, right in the center of Norderney and just a 5-minute walk to the beach.

We loved staying at this hotel! Its location is prime, only a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. Additionally, it is situated in the bustling part of the city with many restaurants and pubs around, yet it remains a quiet sanctuary in all weather conditions. The staff is so friendly, attentive and professional - we were impressed! Additionally, we particularly enjoyed the food quality, both for breakfast and dinner. Lastly, the room we stayed in was very cosy and stylishly decorated.

Our recent romantic escape at this hotel was nearly perfect. The cozy and lovely interior design in our room impressed us. We were delighted to discover that the food quality was superb, particularly during breakfast and dinner. the professional and friendly staff, especially in the reception and restaurant, made us feel welcomed and pampered. The hotel's location was also ideal, just a five-minute stroll from the city center and the beach.
Although we had an amazing time, we did have one minor issue. We wished the hotel had been more flexible in accommodating our dinner reservations and offering us a reduction during our extended stay.
